what do you think about LITTER KWITTER?? Toilet training for cats?
My cats dont EVER have accidents in the house. Once, they were without litter for 3 days and neither of them (I have 2) went to the bathroom, Until one of them went pee in the empty box.
I am moving September 1st and I am thinking about trying Litter Kwitter once we move in, do you think this will work?
Does anyone have any advice or reviews about this product?
And does anyone know where I can get it for less than 70 dollars in Canada,,,,,???

Oh. this is how I did it:
He was a stray cat. He wanted to go outside to do his business. He would whimper kitten-cat cries at the door. So, I had to show him the litter box. Hmmmm… Where should I put it? by the human toilet? Then , in the human toilet (in a removable bowl or bucket…. ) … then, eventually remove the kitty litter bowl. I had to reprimand my cat a bit,… but he has a very high NEED for my affection. (I think he has abandonment issues! He follows me around the house constantly!!!) The toilet training depends on if the cat has a desire to please you.
Does that make sense? Does your cat care if you are angry with him? or do they just walk on by … as if THEY own YOU…. (No offense, it’s just the attitude most 90% of cats that I know have…) My cat is a rare find.
He also has FIV from when he was a stray.
He also has UT problems. We need to buy special prescription food. If he was not trained on the toilet, I might have never noticed his medical condition until it was too late!!! He could have died from crystals or kindey stones in his urine!!!!! Yikes! The operation could have cost over $800, IF he was not too far gone to save. So, there are definately more than just “novelty” benefits to having your cat trained on a toilet.
Plus, no lugging 25 lbs kitty litter bags around town! yipppee! No more monthly expense, either. I was even told on YA that if I got a kitten/cat companion that my cat may actually train the new cat to use the human toilet! cats are incredible!
