Cat litter catching mat recommendations?
I need some sort of mat to catch the litter from the cats’ paws as they exit the box. I’ve tried the ridged and Astroturf-style mats but they just jump over those – because they don’t like the way they feel on their paws, I guess.
Has anyone found something that’s effective for catching litter scatter that the cats will actually use & not just jump over?
I sweep the area frequently, but it would be nice to have something to contain the scatter in between cleanups. Thanks!
I have used the regular door mats that you can get pretty cheap from Walmart. You can get them in different sizes. The ones I use are about 3 ft long.
